Blog

Natasha is another one of our Talent Aquisition Partners who works with the recruitment team to bring top talent to Results.

Where are you from?

I was born in Accra, Ghana in West Africa, and raised in West Point, MS from the age of 5.

What is your favorite thing to do outside of work?

I enjoy traveling, outdoor activities, and anything crafty or artistic.

Favorite sports team?

I enjoy sports, but I do not have a favorite team. (I know this is blasphemy living in the South.)

How long have you been with Results?

I have been with Results for 2.5 years. Two years as a PTA, and about 6 months now as a Talent Acquisition Partner.

What’s your favorite part about your job as a Recruiter?

My favorite aspect of recruiting is coming in contact with so my different personalities and talented candidates. It’s a lot of fun getting to know a little bit about people’s similar, but also vastly different backgrounds.

What’s your favorite part about working for Results?

I really enjoy serving as an ambassador for one of the best Physical Therapy companies in the nation! It has given me a sense of pride when working in the clinic, and now as a Recruiter, experiencing the ways in which we lift each other up and strive to hold ourselves to a higher standard clinically and ethically. We don’t settle for average when it comes to our fellow team members and patient care.
